DESIGNATION: Customer Relationship Executive

QUALIFICATION: Any Degree

EXPERIENCE: 1 Year

SALARY: ₹18,000 /-Per Month.

LOCATION: ADYAR, Chennai

WORK DAYS: Monday to Sunday (week off any week days Monday – Thursday)

WORK TIMING: 11.30 am to 8.30 pm

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly revenue targets, contributing to the overall sales goals.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, music teachers and institutions.

• Conduct product presentations and assist customers with onboarding, including training on instrument features.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person, ensuring a quick and effective resolution to any issues.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales by recommending complementary products and services.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.

• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to track customer orders, coordinate deliveries and provide after-sales support.

• Work closely with the technical team to resolve customer service requests and ensure quality compliance.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for service improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and business insights.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
