We are hiring a Customer Relationship & Workshop Operations Executive at Misfits Automotive Pvt. Ltd., a premium car detailing and bodyshop studio in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend walk-in customers

• Understand basic service needs and share quotations (training provided)

• Coordinate between staff, owner, and customers

• Ensure job workflow from entry to delivery

• Supervise workshop hygiene and punctuality

• Maintain a professional vibe in the customer lounge

• Track daily tasks and report to the founder

💼 Requirements:

• Well-spoken in Hindi + basic English

• Smart personality and confidence

• Punctual and dependable

• Background in automobile/service/hospitality preferred

• Freshers can apply if smart and willing to learn

💰 Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on experience
