About us: We wholesale different building material products mainly Cement. We are a B2B company and liaison for orders, payments & supplies. We have tie-up with all major cement companies of India. Builder and infrastructure companies in different states are our customer base.
About the role: This role is all about providing support in sales increase of our organization. Candidate need to help on-ground marketing person by liaising between customer and supplier.
Responsibilities:
Looking new customer through internet and maintain data
Revert to Indiamart queries
Connect with potential customers and provide relevant information over call &e-mail
Maintain different social media accounts of our company
Take care of customer inquiry and brief about given products
Follow-up for orders and payments with customer
Candidate requirements:
Knowledge of information searching over internet
Calling and operation experience
Basic MS office and Pdf working
Basic E-mail knowledge
Good communication skill over phone call
Knowledge of different social media platform
