The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will act as the key point of contact between customers and the dealership, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales and service journey. The role involves handling customer queries, managing appointments, coordinating with sales/service teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Welcome customers to the dealership and ensure a professional, friendly experience.
Understand customer needs and guide them regarding products, services, offers, and processes.
Coordinate test drives, service appointments, and vehicle deliveries.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, service reminders, feedback, and pending actions.
Resolve customer concerns promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Support sales and service teams in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Assist in customer engagement activities, events, and campaigns.
Provide timely MIS reports on customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving ability.
Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
Basic knowledge of automobiles and dealership processes (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business/Commerce/Marketing).
1–3 years of experience in customer service / front office / sales (Automobile industry preferred).
