Responsibilities:

Greet and guide clients with enthusiasm and professionalism

Explain membership plans and promote services

Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and visits

Maintain daily reports and assist with admin tasks

Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth gym operations
