Lead and manage mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliance activities within the CRE domain.
Conduct detailed financial, operational, and commercial due diligence for merger and acquisition opportunities.
Evaluate business performance, asset valuation, and risk factors related to proposed transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, auditors, and external consultants to ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions.
Prepare and review financial models, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for management approval.
Support negotiation processes, deal structuring, and documentation in alignment with company objectives.
Oversee post-merger integration activities to ensure operational continuity and achievement of synergy targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
Monitor market trends and identify potential growth and acquisition opportunities within the CRE sector.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information.
