We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at at Global Vision Cancer Care NGO. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Speak with high-designated clients and professionals over calls or meetings
Explain the mission and social impact of
Raise funds and donations for cancer care initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and clients
Handle follow-ups and coordinate with interested supporters
Maintain proper records of calls, meetings, and donor details
Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets
Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner
Answer client queries and provide proper information about NGO activities
Work closely with the team to support fundraising campaigns and events
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
