Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet customer needs.

  • Identify up-selling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.

  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, service performance, and trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

  • Proven experience in customer service, client handling, or sales support.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Problem-solving attitude with high customer orientation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
