We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet customer needs.
Identify up-selling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, service performance, and trends.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service, client handling, or sales support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving attitude with high customer orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
