Customer Relationship Executive

Position: Associate Relationship Manager

Office Location: Andheri (E), Chakala.

Office Timings: 9am – 6pm (5 days a week with last Saturday of the month as working)

Job Description – Interact with CFO level people in mid and large size companies and brief

them about Edugains services. We shall be training the candidate on technical skills requried for

the job. The candidate would get chance to work with ex bankers and senior banking .

On a day to day basis, the candidate would have to do following:

• Manage existing clients; resolve their queries and explore new areas business with them

• Analysis of Balance Sheet and financial ratios; analysis of currency rates etc and

summarizing the same to share with clients.

• Research on companies through website and other secondary sources from various sectors to

identify potential clients.

• Co-ordinate with client for getting necessary information to on-board the client.

• Email drafting specific to client need

Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year experience in areas like customer service, sales; sales

coordinator, trainees in a CA firm etc., freshers considered

• Good academic /educational background along with strong numerical ability

• Basic knowledge of excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
