Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships and support day-to-day sales coordination and reporting activities.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, distributors, field sales personnel, dispatch, accounts, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer requirements.
The role also requires strong MS Excel, MIS, reporting, data analysis, and follow-up skills. The candidate must be comfortable working with sales data and preparing regular reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with customers, distributors, and parties.
Handle customer queries, requirements, complaints, and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the field sales team regarding customer requirements, orders, market visits, and follow-ups.
Follow up with customers and distributors regarding orders, pending payments, dispatches, requirements, and other sales-related matters.
Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, Sales, and other departments for timely resolution of customer-related issues.
Track customer orders and ensure proper follow-up until successful completion.
Maintain and update customer records, order status, complaints, pending requirements, and follow-up data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/MIS reports for management.
Analyze sales and customer data using MS Excel and provide meaningful insights to the management.
Monitor pending customer issues and ensure timely closure through proper coordination.
Coordinate with field sales personnel regarding market visits, customer meetings, sales beats, and customer requirements.
Support the sales team in maintaining existing customer relationships and generating repeat business.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, FMCG, Customer Support, Sales MIS, or a similar role.
Strong MS Excel skills
Good understanding of Excel formulas, sorting/filtering, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data/reporting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
