Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Location: Dombivli, MaharashtraKey Responsibilities:• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.• Plan and execute campaigns and events in line with client objectives.• Present creative concepts and proposals confidently to clients.• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timelines, execution, and cost negotiations.• Maintain presentations, reports, and trackers for all client projects.• Support budgeting, cost estimation, and reporting for management.• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.• Research and finalize vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.• Oversee event operations, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure smooth execution.• Evaluate event success and compile post-event reports.Required Qualifications:• 6 months to 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a customer-facing role.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and time management abilities.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM or project management tools a plus.
