About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our Delhi Call Center team. The role involves promoting and selling General Insurance products over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers over calls to promote General Insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of documented experience in insurance telesales.

• Skills:

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong communication and convincing skills

  • Sales-oriented mindset

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Additional Information:

• Shift Timings:

  • 9.5 hours day rotational shifts (applicable for both male and female candidates)

• Probation Period: 6 months (no leaves permitted during probation)

• Week Offs: Rotational (not fixed on Saturdays and Sundays)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
