*Reports to:* Store Manager/Assistant Manager
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CRO to join our team. As a customer relationship officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Customer Service:*
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. *Sales and Merchandising:*
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products, offering recommendations, and using upselling/cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, prices, and promotions.
- Visual merchandising, including maintaining store displays, folding and restocking merchandise, and ensuring store cleanliness.
3. *Store Operations:*
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
4. *Teamwork and Communication:*
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and customers.
*Requirements:*
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Previous retail experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
5. Basic math skills, accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*Physical Demands:*
1. Stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store.
2. Lift, carry, and move merchandise
3. Bend, stoop, and reach to retrieve merchandise.
