We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Relationship Executive - Sales to join our team at DADODEC Interior Centre. The primary responsibility will be to engage with potential leads provided by the company, understand their interior design requirements, and convert them into satisfied customers.
Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Understand the client’s requirements related to home/office interiors.
Educate clients about our design offerings, services, and processes.
Schedule meetings between clients and our design team.
Maintain a high conversion rate from lead to consultation to closing.
Keep records of all interactions in the CRM system and update lead status regularly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good command of English and [mention local language(s) if applicable].
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship roles is a plus.
Basic understanding of interiors or a keen interest in the home decor industry is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
