Key Role: To provide an excellent Customer Service by Assisting in Customer Billing process
· Greet the customers with a pleasant smile and join the hands and say “Namaste/ Welcome”
· Receive the information of the customer requirements, take them to the respective section and direct them to Sales Executives by giving them basic information of the customer needs.
· Once the customer completes a purchase, get the basic details of the customer Viz., Customer Name, Address, Contact Number and proof if any required (Pan Card) etc.,
· Collect cash from the customer and handover it to the Billing Executive for billing process.
· Once the Bill is generated, take the printed Bill copy, collect the product mentioned in the Bill from the respective section and hand it over to the Delivery Section Manager.
· In-case if customer is not purchasing any products - the right reason for non-purchase to be identifies and informed to floor manager / branch manager so that the customer can be convinced.
· To focus and promote Jewellery Saving schemes
· Greet the customer with Namaste, Thank you & Visit again with a Pleasant smile
