📋 Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive who will be the first point of contact (POC) for incoming customer inquiries. You will be responsible for handling initial client calls, maintaining lead tracking sheets, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Job Location - Golf Course Road, Gurgaon Haryana.
Number of Positions - 3
Experience - 2 to 5 Years

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
·       Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming client leads and calls
·       Conduct warm, professional conversations to understand client needs
·       Maintain and update client tracking sheets, follow-up logs, and call status reports
·       Coordinate with internal teams to pass on qualified leads
·       Ensure timely follow-ups and assist in the client onboarding process
·       Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and response rates
·       Basic administrative duties related to call performance and lead tracking

✅ Preferred Skills & Experience:
·       Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
·       Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting
·       Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage daily lead flow
·       Experience in client servicing or tele sales is a plus
·       Knowledge or interest in the fitness, nutrition, or wellness industry is a strong advantage
