Job Description – Customer Relation Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relation Executive. The ideal candidate will handle student inquiries, guide them about our training programs, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey with Skytech Aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and students.

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries about courses.

• Explain training programs, placement opportunities, and enrollment procedures.

• Maintain student databases and follow up on leads.

• Coordinate with trainers, placement officers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Address and resolve student queries promptly.

• Support center activities and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, counselling, or front desk.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Good computer skills (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working

• Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
