Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & CRM Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and effective handling of customer data and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination

• Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

• Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and general operations

• Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports

CRM Management:

• Maintain and update customer data in software

• Track leads, inquiries, and customer interactions

• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams

• Generate reports related to sales, service, and customer activities

• Maintain proper documentation of customer communications

• Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams (sales/service)

• Support in order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation

• Assist in complaint tracking and resolution follow-ups

• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in CRM systems

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in admin and/or CRM role

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Good communication (written & verbal)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with CRM tools/software is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
