Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and business leads.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.Prepare quotations, maintain records, and ensure timely communication.Manage and update client databases and documentation.Assist in marketing, digital promotions, and customer engagement activities.Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of marketing and digital marketing.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.Ability to prepare and manage quotations and product documents.Organized, reliable, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
