We are seeking a Customer Relationship Associate with strong knowledge of the stock and share market to manage client relationships, provide market-related support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and investor behavior, along with excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate support
Assist clients with stock market–related queries.
Guide clients on trading platforms, account operations, and market processes
Share market updates, research insights, and product information with clients
Resolve customer issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Maintain proper documentation and client records
Support client onboarding,
Proactively engage clients to improve retention and trading activity
Strong knowledge of stock market and share market concepts
Understanding of trading platforms and market operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
Ability to explain complex market concepts in a simple manner
Basic analytical and reporting skills
Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management within stock broking, financial services, or capital markets
