Job Description – Customer Survey Executive (UK Process)

Shift: UK Shift (Evening/Night Shift)
Role Overview:
The Customer Survey Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to customers based in the United Kingdom to collect feedback through structured surveys. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to accurately capture customer responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to UK-based customers to perform surveys.
• Ask structured survey questions and accurately record responses in the system.
• Maintain a professional and courteous conversation with customers.
• Achieve daily call and survey targets assigned by the team leader.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper records of all interactions.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in evening/night shifts.
• Prior BPO or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
