Retail Sales Associate – Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by assisting in product selection.

• Drive sales through active customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Guide customers by escorting them to product displays or service counters.

• Process billing and maintain transaction records.

• Alert management to potential security concerns or suspicious behavior.

• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

• Replenish stock to ensure product availability.

• Organize and maintain attractive product displays.

• Participate in warehouse activities including unpacking, labeling, and storing merchandise.

• Work duration: 9 to 10 hours per day.
