We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (Sales) who is motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations, coordinate appointments, and contribute to overall sales growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven attitude.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful solutions.
Manage and resolve customer escalations professionally and efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments across multiple store locations.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-service follow-up.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong persuasion and product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in two to three South Indian languages (Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil) is required.
Experience: 1–3 years in customer service and sales, preferably in the retail or service industry.
Customer Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers empathetically.
Flexibility: Willingness to work six days a week with rotational Sunday shifts.
Location: Candidates must be based in Bangalore or open to relocation.
💰 Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
