We’re looking for passionate communicators to join our team as Customer Relationship Associates who will play a key role in connecting with students, guiding them through our programs, and ensuring an excellent learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students and parents through calls, messages, and emails.

• Explain course details, training benefits, and career opportunities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and alumni.

• Handle inquiries and follow up with leads to ensure smooth admissions.

• Maintain records of interactions in CRM or Excel sheets.

• Coordinate with counsellors and faculty for scheduling demos, classes, and feedback.

• Contribute ideas to improve communication and student engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident, friendly, and persuasive speaker.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in education / telecalling / counselling / customer service are welcome!
