We are Camera Freak Productions. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to join our team . The role involves to call new leads to understand the client's requirements, share the quotation and close the deal. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10000 - ₹50000.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for photography services, including weddings, events, corporate shoots, portraits, and commercial projects.
Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and social media to understand their requirements and present suitable photography packages.
Explain services, pricing, deliverables, and timelines clearly to clients, addressing questions and objections professionally.
Prepare and share customized proposals, quotations, and contracts, and follow up to close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with photographers, editors, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are communicated and met.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools or reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position services.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote photography services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 to 6 Month of experience and frasher with good skills can also apply. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
