Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries via chat & calls
Resolve issues professionally with a customer-first approach
Maintain accurate records of interactions
Meet quality, productivity, and TAT standards
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer support experience preferred (freshers welcome)
