Trakky is a fast-growing beauty-tech startup revolutionizing how customers discover and book salon services online. Our mission is to simplify and digitalize the salon appointment experience across India while delivering the best support to both salons and customers.
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle customer and salon partner queries, resolve issues, and provide a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers and salon partners.
Resolve queries related to bookings, payments, cancellations, and platform usage.
Guide new salon partners/customers through onboarding and service setup.
Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team for quick resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem closure.
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets for response time and resolution rate.
Represent Trakky with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Strong communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati (English proficiency is a plus).
Prior experience in customer support/call center/helpdesk preferred.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with customer service tools, Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple queries efficiently.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (varies as per business requirements)
