Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a results-driven Customer Care Representative to join Ncr Job Consultant in Greater Noida, Alpha Commercial Belt. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have 12th Pass and 0.5 - 4 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in MS Excel, Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
