Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to handle client communication related to orders, payments, and account queries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients on pending orders and overdue payments
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams
Maintain customer records and interaction details
Send payment reminders and order status updates
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and payment confirmations
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales/accounts coordination
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Knowledge of invoicing and payment follow-ups is an advantage
