Job Description

. Employees are expected to deliver results set by his/her Team Lead

. Has to hone up the knowledge levels periodically

. Has to be quick in learning and working on closing towards the task assigned.

. To receive the updates (not much frequently) from the Team Lead and provide the right information to the end customer

. Has to refrain from mis-selling in order to get the job done

. Has to respect the organization and client objectives and maintain integrity during the employment

. Has to be maintain the given data in an appropriate manner and use the same to accomplish the task assigned

. Has to do regular follow-ups with the assigned donors and take to the sale closure

. Fixed Salary for Fresher & Experienced

. Candidates are eligible to gain incentives for the performance over and above the targets

Behavioral Expectations:

. On time reporting to job on daily basis. In case of delay, updating Team Lead proactively
. Refraining from obtaining frequent leaves
. Has to maintain healthy relationship with peers and supervisor

Language Requirement:

. Kannada
. English (Basis is also fine)

Knowing other languages are added advantage.

Basic qualification : PUC
