Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage client interactions at our interior/home décor showroom. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in front-end showroom sales, preferably in furnishings, wallpapers, flooring, carpets, or home decor products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend walk-in customers at the showroom

  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable interior décor products

  • Provide product estimates and explain features

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for follow-ups

  • Maintain records of invoices, contracts, and client details

  • Ensure smooth system entry and basic back-office support

  • Handle day-to-day tasks as assigned by the HOD

  • Preferred Background:

  • Experience in home décor/mattress/lighting/furnishings/carpet sales

  • Prior work in showrooms like Bonito, Livspace, or furnishing shops preferred

  • Good communication skills in English and local languages

  • Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
