Job title: CRM Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Act as the main point of contact between the company and customers.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates.

· Maintain and update customer data in CRM software (e.g., Zoho).

· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across customer databases.

· Generate reports and dashboards for management insights.

· Provide insights to sales team to improve targeting and engagement.

· Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, referral programs, etc.).

Working hours: 10:30am - 07:30pm (Work from Office role).

Working days: Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off).

Experience: Minimum 6 months.

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month.

Location: Work from Office job
