Unlike a traditional support role, you will be a Wellness Consultant—educating customers on the benefits of Ayurveda, explaining product ingredients, and successfully converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups to explain how our Ayurvedic medicines address specific health needs.
Persuasive Communication: Confidently address customer concerns and use "objection handling" techniques to convince customers to complete their purchase.
Product Education: Stay updated on Ayurvedic principles and our product formulations to provide detailed, accurate explanations to customers.
Lead Conversion: Manage your sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Post-Sales Support: Assist customers with order tracking and usage instructions to ensure long-term retention and trust.
What We’re Looking For
Sales Prowess: Proven experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a target-driven customer service role.
Communication Skills: Fluency in [Language, e.g., Hindi/English] with a persuasive and "solution-oriented" speaking style.
Interest in Wellness: A basic understanding of Ayurveda or a strong willingness to learn about herbal medicine.
Resilience: The ability to handle "no" from a customer and turn it into a conversation.
Tech Skills: Experience using CRM tools to log calls and manage customer data.
