Key duties include managing CRM software, analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, implementing marketing campaigns, improving customer service, and enabling sales teams to maximize revenue through targeting. Key Job ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration: Maintaining the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, updating contacts, and troubleshooting technical issues.Data Analysis & Segmentation: Analyzing customer data to identify trends, behavior patterns, and insights to improve targeting.Campaign Management: Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns and loyalty programs to increase customer retention and engagement.Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by managing leads, automating follow-ups, and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.Customer Service Improvement: Monitoring feedback, resolving high-level complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Strategy & Reporting: Defining CRM procedures, creating dashboards/reports, and advising on strategies to improve customer lifetime value.
