Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with service-related queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. This position is suitable for recent graduates who are looking to begin their professional journey in a structured and process-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Respond to customer queries via phone and email
● Provide clear information regarding services and processes
● Track ongoing service requests and follow up internally
● Coordinate with operations and support teams
● Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
● Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
● Adhere to defined company processes and service standards

Eligibility Criteria
● Graduate in any discipline
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email usage)
● Comfortable working from the Koramangala office

● Willingness to learn and adapt to structured processes
