Job Description

JD for Executive

Handling all Complaints/queries promptly and provide resolutions with accuracy
Coordination with Registrar for processing of Investor/distributor transactions.
Handling of all day-to-day activities of branch Operations viz transaction processing, KYC etc
Preparing/monitoring MIS on Brokerage, Investor Transactions etc.
Coordinate/reporting to Corporate Office for subscription & redemption application
Prepare MIS of Branch
Empanelment of distributors & coordinating with HO for the same
Responsible for Coordinating with Vendors, Marketing, IT, HR & Admin team
Responsible for branch administration.
Any other activity related to Customer services /Sales support.
- Education: Minimum Graduate
- Certification: NISM VA- Mandatory.
