Job Description

  • JD for Executive

 

  • Handling all Complaints/queries promptly and provide resolutions with accuracy

  • Coordination with Registrar for processing of Investor/distributor transactions.

  • Handling of all day-to-day activities of branch Operations viz transaction processing, KYC etc

  • Preparing/monitoring MIS on Brokerage, Investor Transactions etc.

  • Coordinate/reporting to Corporate Office for subscription & redemption application

  • Prepare MIS of Branch

  • Empanelment of distributors & coordinating with HO for the same

  • Responsible for Coordinating with Vendors, Marketing, IT, HR & Admin team

  • Responsible for branch administration.

  • Any other activity related to Customer services /Sales support.

    • Education: Minimum Graduate

    • Certification: NISM VA- Mandatory.
