9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Agents to join our growing team in Noida Sector 1. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills in English who can handle customer queries effectively and professionally over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with clarity and patience.
Maintain accurate call records and follow up when necessary.
Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to call center protocols and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a team environment.
Must be comfortable with on-site work in Noida Sector 1.
