Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
Take and follow up on customer orders.
Coordinate with the team regarding order status and delivery.
Assist with basic order packing and dispatch activities when required.
Maintain proper communication with customers and provide a good customer experience.
Keep basic records of customer orders and calls.
Requirements:
Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
