KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding life insurance policy renewals
• Explain due dates, renewal benefits, and available payment options
• Resolve customer queries related to policy status, terms, or procedures
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
• Meet assigned renewal targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
WHO CAN APPLY:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance or customer service
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Gujarati or Malayalam preferred; Hindi/English required
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
