We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at at Janki Tara Impex Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹18000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call existing and potential customers to collect sales-related data and order information.
Follow up with customers to confirm any changes, updates, or additional requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inquiries, and updates in the system.
Coordinate with the internal sales team and update them with the latest customer information.
Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the manager.
Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
