Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and existing customers.

• Advertise the part and product of the the brand gadgets.

• Make the customer aware of the products and convince them to buy the products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service and/or inside sales (1-3 years preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in CRM systems.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers.
