Job Overview

IGT is hiring Customer Service Executives for its domestic inbound process. Candidates will handle incoming customer calls, provide assistance, resolve customer queries, and identify opportunities to upsell relevant products or services.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.

Candidates with relevant customer service or customer experience (CX) work experience can also apply.

B.Tech and BCA graduates are not eligible unless they have relevant CX experience.

Basic to average English communication skills are required.

Candidates must be able to communicate in Bengali as well.

Good customer-handling skills and a customer-focused attitude are preferred.

Salary Details

Freshers: ₹15,500 per month

Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹18,000 per month, depending on relevant experience

Shift & Work Schedule

Female Candidates: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Male Candidates: Rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Working Days: 6 days a week.

Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off.

Cab Facility: Not provided during general shifts. Cab transportation is available only for employees working during odd hours.
