• Greet and assist walk-in clients at the clinic.

• Understand customer needs and explain suitable treatments or products.

• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and client feedback.

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets through consultative selling.

• Coordinate with doctors and clinic teams for daily operations.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure excellent service experience.
