The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth showroom operations in line with Tata Motors dealership standards.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
Ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Support team members in closing deals and improving conversion ratios.
Monitor and maintain daily showroom activities and sales reports.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for sales advisors.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the Finance, Exchange, and Accessories departments for smooth deal closures.
Ensure the showroom display, branding, and customer experience meet Tata Motors guidelines.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of automobile sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.
Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Familiarity with Tata Motors products will be an added advantage.
