Role Description

The Customer Support Specialist will handle daily customer interactions, provide support, maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries, coordinate for Supply & Demand and offer assistance.

Qualifications

• Should be able to speak Kannada, English, Hindi.

• Handling inbound inquiries

• Customer Support skills

• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills

• Analytical Skills to understand customer feedback and improve services

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Experience in a customer support role is a plus

• Experience in Homecare / Healthcare industry is preferred

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
