1)    A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech – Civil) / Post Graduation

2)    Excellent Communication skills – Verbal and Writing ( English, Hindi & Telugu)

3)    Pleasing attitude towards the clientele and the team with prompt pleasing response.

4)    Will be responsible for residential projects, Real Estate experience
Planning of marketing strategies through multi-channel Campaigns, Digital Marketing, designing.

5)    Identify and analyse the current market situations and develop the strategies accordingly.  Branding & Communication,

6)    Able to coordinate with the Channel Partners / Real Estate Agents.

7)    Able to control and educate his team to implement the Marketing strategies set up by him / her for positive results with regular monitoring.  Measure analyse and report on Marketing campaigns to reach the goals.

8)    Multi-Tasking & Decision Making.

9)    Planning & Lead Generation,

10) Management of Social media, mail Marketing and influence Marketing activities

11)  Prioritization and spend of marketing budget

12) Strong understanding of customer and market insights, Bookings,

13) Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms, Inter Departmental Coordination & Events / Product Launches

14) Needs to increase the volume, quality, and predictability of marketing qualified leads and marketing-sourced pipeline to deliver continued increases in marketing sourced revenue and always be thinking of the next idea.
