Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Care Executives for our Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and help convert potential customers into sales.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide feedback and escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
Age between 18 and 30 years.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident phone-handling and customer-interaction skills.
Basic computer and data-entry knowledge is an advantage.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
