Customer Care Executive

Position Overview:
The Customer Care Executive – Sales is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while actively engaging in sales activities, with a specific focus on generating and qualifying leads. This role combines a customer-first approach with proactive prospecting to help drive revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information about products or services.

• Cultivate positive relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions.

• Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, following up on inbound inquiries, and researching prospective clients.

• Qualify leads by gathering information on customer requirements, budget, and decision-making process.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, prospects, and progress in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

• Achieve or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and sales conversions.

• Handle customer objections, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated about products/services, sales techniques, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer care, sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Experience with CRM software and standard office applications.

• Target-driven, organized, and attentive to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

• Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales.
