We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at at Group Landmark Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct service reminder calls to existing customers for their car service due.
To give current car offers details.
Invite customer for showroom visit and test drive.
Allot customer nearest showroom for visit and allot sales consultant.
Good communication skills, should be able to build good repo with customer.
Generate lead of customer who has shown interest in car purchase.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, also good communication skills.
