Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at at Group Landmark Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service reminder calls to existing customers for their car service due.

  • To give current car offers details.

  • Invite customer for showroom visit and test drive.

  • Allot customer nearest showroom for visit and allot sales consultant.

  • Good communication skills, should be able to build good repo with customer.

  • Generate lead of customer who has shown interest in car purchase.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, also good communication skills.
