JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Mumbai. The primary goal of this role is to manage client interactions, maintain our database of industry professionals, and ensure that every customer receives the premium service associated with the Venzowood brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors. Database Oversight: Manage and update the company’s CRM system with precise data on leads, inquiries, and follow-ups. Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, providing product catalogs, pricing, and technical details to convert leads into sales. Communication: Act as the bridge between clients and the internal production/sales teams to ensure smooth project execution. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest veneer trends and the Venzowood collection to provide expert advice to clients. • • • • • • Feedback & Satisfaction: Conduct post-sales surveys to ensure client satisfaction and handle any grievances professionally. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • • • • • Graduate degree (BMS, B.Com, or B.M.M preferred). 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Relations, or Sales Support in the building materials or luxury retail sector. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software. Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to problem-solving.
